Problem Note 44000: A system A03 abend occurs during termination of the SAS® system on systems that are running CA-OPS 11.8 or 11.9

If your site uses CA-OPS version 11.8 or 11.9, any release of SAS® software might experience a system A03 abend during SAS termination.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
Setting the following CA-OPS parameter might correct the A03 abend immediately:
T= OPSPRM_SET("initwme","no")
Issue the following host command to put this setting into effect:
F OPSS,restart(WME)
This is new CA-OPS functionality for version 11.8 that can be disabled if you are not using it.
