Installation Note 44838: Increase the REGION parameter on installation jobs for SAS® 9.3 in z/OS operating environments to prevent "out of memory" errors
Some customers have reported that some of the SAS 9.3 installation jobs fail with "out of memory" Java errors. To circumvent the possibility of these errors occurring, increase the REGION in your job cards, if necessary, to at least 128M.
