Problem Note 44754: SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio export files of type Excel are unreadable with Microsoft Excel 2010
If you create an export file from SAS Customer Intelligence Studio and choose an export file type of Microsoft Excel, then it is not possible to open that export file in Excel 2010. When you attempt to open the file using Excel 2010, Excel displays the following message:
Excel found unreadable content in 'output-filename'. Do you want to recover
the contents of this workbook? If you trust the source of this workbook, click "Yes."
When you click Yes, Excel still does not display the contents of the file.
To work around this problem, use the .csv export type instead of Microsoft Excel in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio or open the Microsoft Excel file in an older version of Microsoft Excel.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
