SAS Digital Marketing might trigger an error similar to the following in the SASCustIntelReporting5.3.log:

Macro[MACDIRHE] Error inserting responses in to Response History target table.  SQLXRC=[-1] and 
SQLXMSG=[ORA-00001: violation of unique constraint(CDM_DK.CI_DK_B_CUST_RESP_HIST_PK) ]. Check the 
log for details.

When this error occurs, the SAS Customer Intelligence response history table is not updated with the SAS Digital Marketing responses.

There is no workaround for this problem.
