Problem Note 44496: Status code for promotion plans that are marked for manual optimization/evaluation does not get updated to EXECUTING or EXECUTED

When running the weekly batch optimization job for SAS® Promotion Optimization, you might notice that some promotion plans do not get their status updated to EXECUTING or EXECUTED and remain as APPROVED. This issue occurs in plans that are tagged as manual optimization/evaluation and have their start date the same as the application current date.
A workaround would be to set the plan to auto-evaluate/optimize "after ETL".
