Problem Note 44492: Optimization fails for promotion plans that contain a non-price vehicle

In SAS® Promotion Optimization, optimization fails if the promotion plan contains a non-price vehicle. The following error is generated in the STP log:
ERROR: A fatal error was encountered while processing the STP request. Please
contact your system administrator and check the log files.
Promotions that only use the price discount optimize successfully.
