Problem Note 44394: A Multivariate Statistical Driver analysis fails with the error 'Syntax error while parsing WHERE clause.' in macro ANL_MULTIVARIATECALC
Columns with too many distinct values in SASĀ® Warranty Analysis might not be used in a Multivariate Statistical analysis. If all columns in the analysis are not used because of too many distinct values, the analysis fails and the job log might show multiple errors beginning with "ERROR: Syntax error while parsing WHERE clause."
In the 4.3 release of SAS Warranty Analysis, the UI does show the analysis completed with errors and includes the following message:
The summarized data has too few rows to run Multivariate Statistical Drivers analysis.
In the 4.31 release, the UI might not update properly and the gear icon might incorrectly indicate the analysis is running.
The messages tab might also display "reportAnalysisDS_empty_error".
