Problem Note 44272: User interface indicates that results have been promoted successfully when promotion actually failed
In the Manage Risk Reporting Repository window of SAS® Risk Management for Insurance and SAS® Risk Management for Banking, successful promotion of a project's results is indicated by a green check mark in the Promoted column:
However, successful promotion is indicated even if promotion has failed (for example, due to insufficient operating system permissions on the global SAS® Risk Reporting Repository folders). To verify whether promotion was actually successful, check the Web application server log for errors. For more information about this log, see "Configure Logging" in the SAS® Risk Management for Banking Administrator's Guide. Also, to verify whether promotion was successful, you can examine the <global RRR>/project_dim table. If a row for the project has been added, then promotion was successful.
