Problem Note 43986: Metrics within the Summary Section of the Approval screen might be incorrect after using the Approve to Budget functionality

When using SAS® High-Performance Markdown Optimization, the metrics within the Summary Section of the Approval screen might be incorrect after using the Approve to Budget functionality. You might notice that the row count at the bottom of the window does not match the count in the selected item summary.
The workaround is to refresh the view. This will correct the counts.
