Problem Note 43983: Low Baseline Demand might not be applied

In SAS® High-Performance Markdown Optimization, the Low Baseline Demand warning might incorrectly be shown when the Low Baseline Demand discount is not applied. Low Baseline Demand might not be applied when all of the conditions below are true:
- Low baseline discount threshold is zero
- There is a plan with a uniform pricing group
- Base forecasts for the geo-prods in the uniform pricing group are less than 0.005
There is no work-around for this issue.
