The following error might occur when you attempt to deploy the SAS Information Delivery Portal to an IBM WebSphere Web application server:

Error 404: No target servlet configured for uri: /SASPortal

This error occurs if the SASPortal4.3.ear file is not deployed or if the class loader order is not set correctly for the .ear and embedded .war files in the WebSphere Integrated Solutions Console.

To correct the problem, log on to the WebSphere Integrated Solutions Console and complete the following steps:

1. Select Application ► Enterprise Applications.
2. In the right pane of the console, select SASPortal4.3 ► Class loading and update detection. For Class loader order, verify that Classes loaded with application class loader first is checked.
3. Return to the SASPortal4.3 page and select Manage Modules.
4. In the Manage Modules pane, select each module that is listed and verify that Class loader order is Classes loaded with application class loader first.
5. Restart the IBM WebSphere Web Application Server.
