Problem Note 43604: SAS® Digital Marketing Web Studio might stop responding, produce out-of-memory errors, or take a long time to display broadcasts

SAS Digital Marketing Web Studio might not open, stop responding, produce out-of-memory errors, or take a long time to display the broadcasts.

This problem occurs because some versions of SAS Digital Marketing Web Studio display all broadcasts that are being held on the system rather than showing the traditional "folder" view of the content. If you have thousands of broadcasts on your system, it might take some time for them all to load and to appear. This can cause the SAS Digital Marketing Web Studio client to perform slowly or even to stop responding.

After the hot fix is installed, set the new server property FolderDisplayEnabled in the server.properties file so that the traditional folder view is presented in the graphical user interface. To enable this feature, set FolderDisplayEnabled=True.
