Problem Note 43580: Calendar and category plans that have the same scope as a promotion might produce different results
In SAS® Promotion Optimization, calendar and category plans that have the same scope and timeframe as a promotion might produce different results in terms of sales units and other KPIs when they are optimized/evaluated. The sales units and KPIs might be different because partial week promotions are not handled correctly or because the objective scope does not contain all products from the share group.
There is no workaround for this issue.
