Problem Note 43552: Abnormal termination in PROC GLIMMIX with DIST=BINARY and options in the LSMEANS statement

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

PROC GLIMMIX will abnormally terminate if the DIST=BINARY option is used in the MODEL statement and if the LSMEANS statement is also specified with any of the following options: DIFF, SLICE, SLICEDIFF or LINES.

To circumvent the problem use DIST=BINOMIAL instead of DIST=BINARY. The data will need to be sorted to obtain similar results if any of the response variable options are specified with the DIST=BINARY.
