Problem Note 43549: Tasks will not run properly in Hebrew due to encoding issue with footnotes

The following error will appear when running tasks in SAS® Enterprise Guide and SAS® Add-in for Microsoft Office in Hebrew, and the default footnote contains unprintable characters.
After applying the hot fix the following steps must be performed:

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
Failed to transcode data from U_UTF8_CE to U_WHEBREW_CE encoding because it contained characters which are not supported by your SAS session encoding.
After applying the hot fix the following steps must be performed:
From the File menu in SAS® Enterprise Guide select Tools -> Options, then select the Reset All button.
From the SAS tab in SAS® Add-in for Microsoft Office select the Tools -> Options -> Tasks tab, then select the Reset button.
