Problem Note 43531: Low baseline demand discount not applied when geo/prods with positive demand and zero inventory are present in uniform pricing group

When using SAS® High-Performance Markdown Optimization, you might notice the low baseline demand discount not being applied when it appears that it should. This issue occurs in uniform pricing groups that contain geo/prods with positive inventory that meet the low baseline demand criteria but also contain geo/prods with zero inventory that do not meet the low baseline demand criteria. The geo/prods with zero inventory should be ignored when determining low baseline demand status.
