Problem Note 43463: You might not be able to create report mart tables, search subjects using web services, view case network analysis graphs, or generate SAR-DI reports

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

In SAS® Enterprise Case Management, you might be unable perform these tasks:

  • create report mart tables
  • search subjects using web services
  • view case network analysis graphs
  • generate SAR-DI reports

If the database contains any non-blank values for timestamp fields that you defined, then you might encounter the following problems:

  • When you run the %ECM_REPORTING_DRIVER macro to create report mart tables, the macro might fail to run successfully. The following error appears (X_YOUR_TIMESTAMP is the name of a user-defined timestamp field):

ERROR: Variable X_YOUR_TIMESTAMP has been defined as both character and numeric.
  • When you attempt to search for subjects using the web services interface, the web service call might fail, reporting the following error in the PROC SOAP log:

    ERROR: java.lang.Exception: StoredProcessException: FAILURE_CONDITION_CODE
  • When you attempt to view Case Network Analysis for a subject, the Case Network Analysis window might be empty. There is no error, warning, or note message indicating that a problem occurred.

  • When you attempt to preview or submit a SAR-DI report using E-Filing, the following error message might appear:

    Unable to create report preview.

There is no workaround.
