Problem Note 43427: Duplicate e-mails are broadcast even when the "prevent duplicates" directive has been set

SAS® Digital Marketing might send multiple e-mails to the same e-mail address even when the server properties have been set to prevent duplicate e-mails. The problem occurs when the server property ResolveIndexLinkAtRuntime is set to true and the e-mail directive !EM_PREVENT_DUPS! true is also set.
There is no workaround for this issue other than to not set the ResolveIndexLinkAtRuntime property.
