Problem Note 43412: Maximum cost should be used when costs vary below the uniform pricing level in SAS® Regular Price Optimization

In SAS Regular Price Optimization, the maximum cost should be used when the cost varies for a product at location levels below that of uniform pricing level. Currently, the cost used is the value specified for uniform pricing level in GLOBAL_SETTINGS. Possible values include FREQUENCY, MINIMUM, MAXIMUM, MEDIAN, or AVERAGE.

There is no workaround for this issue.
