DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

When SAS Marketing Automation receives multiple concurrent requests for publishing and post processing tasks, some of its processes might fail to respond. This problem might prevent campaign executions from completing.

The workarounds for this problem are specific to the environment. The workarounds might include adjustments to the environment and adjustments to the business process for executing campaigns.

Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.

After you apply the hot fix, you need to update the MACore JVM (typically sasserver6) start-up script to include the following parameter:

From the fixed release and later, the MACore JVM start-up script no longer needs to be updated with any parameters.
