Problem Note 43138: $0.00 is incorrectly displayed for price and cost in Promotion Details View

$0.00 might be incorrectly displayed for price and cost in the Promotion Details View in SAS® Promotion Optimization. This happens because price and cost are not always loaded in the Promotion Details View. This situation might occur if you remove products after evaulation and add other products. The new products were not part of the initial evaulation so $0.00 will be displayed.
There is no workaround for this issue.
