Problem Note 43130: A row-insertion error occurs when you export more than 65536 rows to Microsoft Excel
You might receive the error Unable to insert row when you export more than 65536 rows to Microsoft Excel. This problem can occur when you replace existing worksheets; it does NOT occur when you create new worksheets.
The problem can occur because the Microsoft Access Connectivity Engine fails to clear the worksheet when it has more than 65536 rows.
To circumvent the problem, do one of the following:

Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
You might receive the error "Unable to insert rows" when you replace a spreadsheet that has more than 65536 rows. This problem occurs because the Access Connectivity Engine can clear 65536 rows. To circumvent the problem, delete the worksheet first.
