Usage Note 43121: Using the URL Access method in the FILENAME statement might generate a "301 Moved Permanently" error
When you use the URL access method in the FILENAME statement to read a Web page, you might receive an error with the DEBUG option if the PROXY= option is specified incorrectly.

Ensure that the proxy address that you are specifying in the PROXY= option is correct.

When reading a Web page with the URL access method in a FILENAME statement, you might receive an error about "301 Moved Permanently" if the DEBUG option is used in the FILENAME statement. This error means that the proxy server specified is incorrect.
