Problem Note 43027: Customized screen items do not correctly show or hide based on user activity

In SAS® Enterprise GRC, you can customize a screen so that items and sections are hidden or displayed based on user activity. However, items or sections that are not related to your configuration are also affected incorrectly, and behavior on-screen is unusual or inconsistent.
The problem occurs when different items have the same name. Here is an example where more than one item is named "attachments":
