Problem Note 43005: The Create Incident window becomes read-only

In SAS® Enterprise GRC, the Create Incident window should enable you to enter an incident. However, the window becomes read-only and you cannot enter an incident when all of the following conditions apply:

  • your account has no default location
  • Create and Investigate stages of the incident workflow are combined
  • In the configdata.properties file, monitor.incidentcomponentsecurity.ignored=false and monitor.incidentMultiuserUpdate.enable=true
