If you encounter a fatal error while running Forecast Accuracy or Model Analysis in the SAS^® Merchandise Solutions Configuration Workbench, you might notice that the system becomes nonresponsive for all users requiring a restart of the TKMI (Grid) Server. You might encounter error messages in the Configuration Workbench in addition to seeing errors like the following in the TKMI (Grid) Server log (for a run of the 'ma_scenario_data' task):

Once the server encounters an error like the above, subsequent tasks will fail due to the error status not being reset from the first task that encountered an error. The subsequent tasks will show error messages similar to the following in the log:

The TKMI (Grid) Server should handle these types of exceptions without requiring a restart.
