Problem Note 43968: Partial promotion does not work as expected

When you use partial promotion to move scheduled flows from Lev1 to Lev2, the scheduled flows are moved to Lev2. Some of the jobs have references to Lev1, but they should not.
To work around this issue, click the Reset button, save the flow, and then import the same flow to Lev2, which gives correct paths.
