Problem Note 43900: Promo factor partition table duplication error might cause estimation to fail

You might encounter a promo factor partition table duplication error when running calibration in SAS® Promotion Optimization and SAS® Regular Price Optimization. This might occur when you are using a share model and one of the following is true (regardless of the value of FCST_DISAGG):
- TS prod level / geo level equals to REG by prod level / FCST_DISAGG_LVL geo level + FCST_DISAGG_GEO_LVL_OFFSET.
- TS prod level is lower (i.e., numerically higher) than REG by prod level.
- TS geo level is lower (i.e., numerically higher) than FCST_DISAGG_LVL geo level + FCST_DISAGG_GEO_LVL_OFFSET.
The error will look similar to the following:
ERROR: duplicates for p_pf.partition_4_713_0_2 Check work._dupout for details ERROR: A fatal error was encountered while executing macro DI_DM_PARTITION_WRITE. Please contact your system administrator.
There is no workaround for this issue.
