Problem Note 43639: A "Save the details of this message and contact your system administrator.." error occurs when you create a new project
When you create a project in SAS® Forecast Studio, a Java exception might occur.
An error occurred. Save the details of this message and contact your system administrator.
The following messages appear if you click the Details button:
com.sas.analytics.forecasting.project.ForecastingProjectException:
Connection refused to host: 175.175.73.85; nested exception is:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect
at com.sas.analytics.forecasting.rmi.project.ForecastingProjectRmi.getFilterProcess
or(ForecastingProjectRmi.java:6252)
After you click OK, SAS Forecast Studio continues processing. The same pop up error occurs a second time, and you can click OK. SAS Forecast Studio produces the Forecast Summary.
Even though the error appears, the project is created successfully. When the project is closed and reopened, the errors no longer occur.
There is no workaround that prevents the error message.
