Problem Note 43439: An incident is incorrectly removed from a case when you add a new subject to the incident

In SAS® Enterprise Case Management, if you add a new subject to an incident, then the incident is incorrectly removed from the case. The problem occurs if the incident was previously added to a case,
There is no error, warning, or note message indicating that a problem occurred.
To work around the problem, you must add the incident to the case again.
