Usage Note 43413: The error "Failed to create EGO service Service already exists" occurs when you try to load cluster information into Platform RTM
When you try to load cluster information into Platform Computing's Platform RTM dashboard, the following failure might occur:
Status: Failed. Status code: -1 - Cluster Id:1 -Failed to add or update application sasmeta: Failed to create EGO service Service already exists
This problem might occur if the MySQL database contains corrupted tables. To correct the problem, do one of the following:
- Have your database administrator rebuild the tables.
- Remove and then reinstall MySQL.
Then remove and reinstall Platform RTM.
