Problem Note 43410: When SAS® Marketing Automation has a large number of concurrent users, some of processes might fail to respond, and fail to complete
When SAS Marketing Automation receives multiple concurrent requests for publishing and post processing tasks, some of its processes might fail to respond. This problem might prevent campaign executions from completing.
The workarounds for this problem are specific to the environment. The workarounds might include adjustments to the environment and adjustments to the business process for executing campaigns.

After you apply the hot fix, you need to update the MACore JVM (typically sasserver6) start-up script to include the following parameter:
-Dsas.ci.workaround.S0749199
From the fixed release and later, the MACore JVM start-up script no longer needs to be updated with any parameters.
