Problem Note 43399: Scalable vector graphics (SVG) files with data tips might cause 64-bit Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 to terminate abnormally
The 64-bit Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 might terminate abnormally when you try to display a scalable vector graphics (SVG) file with data tips included. Such files might be generated with SAS/GRAPH® software.
To circumvent the problem in the third maintenance release of SAS® 9.2 (TS2M3), turn off the SVG data tips using the PRINTERPATH=SVGNOTIP option in an OPTIONS statement, as shown below:
options printerpath=svgnotip;
To circumvent the problem in SAS® 9.3, specify the PRINTERPATH=SVGSIMP option along with the DEVICE=SASPRTC option instead of DEVICE=SVG in an OPTIONS statement, as follows:
options device=sasprtc printerpath=svgsimp;
