Problem Note 43385: The user interface requires you to reset the user cost adjustment to "0% off" in order to clear clear it

In SAS® Promotion Optimization, if you add a user cost adjustment and then attempt to close the Promotion Attributes window without entering a value, the UI requires you to reset the user cost adjustment to 0% off to close the window. This restriction should not exist.
There is no workaround for this issue.
