Problem Note 43348: A licensing error occurs after installing the DataFlux® Quality Knowledge Base for Contact Information
You might receive the following error after you install the DataFlux Quality Knowledge Base for Contact Information, QKB CI 2010B or later:
dtengine :: error :: -105: BlueFusion - Locale 'Global' not licensed. Internal licensing error: 0.
feature 'qkb_gb' (QKB locale support -- global locale) does not have a product number. Possibly due to
the wrong version of DFLIC library
dtengine :: error :: BlueFusion Plugin - Blue Fusion load locale failed with -105. See log for details.
The error occurs for installations of QKB CI 2010B or later.
If you receive the error, then you must upgrade your software or apply a software patch.
Here are the product requirements for using QKB CI 2010B:
- DataFlux® Data Management Platform 2.1 requires a software upgrade to release 2.1.2, and you must apply DataFlux software patch 16995.
- SAS® Data Quality Server 9.2 requires a software upgrade to SAS® 9.2 (TS2M3), and you must apply SAS Hot Fix C49002.
- DataFlux® dfPower® Studio 8.2 requires a software upgrade to release 8.2.2.
- DataFlux® dfPower® Studio 8.1 requires a software upgrade to release 8.2.2. If you are running release 8.1 and you cannot upgrade to release 8.2.2, then contact SAS Technical Support.

Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
If licensing errors occur after installing QKB CI 2010B or later, a software upgrade or patch might be required.
