Usage Note 43046: Instructions for SAS® IT Resource Management sites that want to request the latest version of MXG
If SAS® IT Resource Management sites want to request a new version of MXG, they should perform the following steps:
- Contact MXG via the MXG Ship_Current_Version Web site.
- Provide your SAS site number, which can be found at the top of your SAS Log, in the "MXG CID Number" field.
- Select SAS/ITSV-ITRM as the MXG License Type.
- By using your site information, complete the remaining portion of the request form.
Within a reasonable amount of time, your site should receive a confirmation of the request form, or an email that indicates shipment from MXG.
Refer to SAS Note 8131 for a list of considerations if you decide to upgrade to a new version of MXG.
