Problem Note 42894: SHR= option on a FILENAME statement is not honored

If you use a FILENAME statement to access a shared file, the SHR= option is not always honored. Errors similar to the following occur:
ERROR: File is in use, DSA0:[RAWDATA]MYDATA.DAT. ERROR: File is in use, NODEB::DSA0:[RAWDATA]MYDATA.DAT.
