Problem Note 42857: Poor performance when reading non-local files with SAS® 9.2 on OpenVMS™ on HP Integrity

In SAS® 9.2 on OpenVMS on HP Integrity (VMI), host caching is disabled when reading files from an NFS-mounted disk, from shadow sets, and possibly from other devices. Disabling host caching causes a decline in performance.
