Problem Note 42807: Data elements might be replaced rather than concatenated when using the XML LIBNAME engine
Reading XML files using the XML LIBNAME engine replaces data with the last value encountered instead of creating a concatenated field when reading attributes from repeating elements. The problem occurs when an XML element is encountered multiple times between observation boundaries.
There is currently no circumvention for this problem.
