Problem Note 42790: Query in plan import results in poor performance

A query in Oracle takes a long time to execute in SAS® Pack Optimization.
The long run time occurs when both of the following conditions are true:
- a plan is imported via SOAP
- disaggregation is set to true for the plan
There are no warning or error messages.
A fix for this issue is planned for a future software release.
