Plans imported via SOAP might result in "Disaggregating" status in SAS® Pack Optimization.
Message similar to the following can be found in the log, indicating that the plan was successfully disaggregated and its status was updated.

However, the SOAP thread never sees the update and does not return until the timeout period of the SOAP call is reached. Further more, the status of the plan remains "6" (disaggregating) in the PKO_PURCHASE_ORDER_PLAN table even though it should be "7"(disaggregated).
A fix for this issue is planned for a future software release.
