Problem Note 42652: Jobs that you submit to a grid environment might fail if they are controlled by the Platform Enterprise Grid Orchestrator (EGO)
Jobs that you submit to a grid environment might fail if they are controlled by the Platform Enterprise Grid Orchestrator (EGO). The failure occurs because Platform EGO controls every resource in the grid. When jobs are dispatched, the grid returns a value of CLOSED for every host in the grid. As a result, the jobs might fail.
There is no workaround available for this problem.
