Problem Note 42641: Resume fails when profiling project status is "sizesets ready"

The following errors might be encountered when running batch profiling jobs in SAS® Size Profiling.
WARNING: Apparent symbolic reference PRF_STATUS not resolved.
ERROR: A character operand was found in the %EVAL function or %IF condition
where a numeric operand is required. The condition was: &prf_status =
&STATUS_PRJ_SIZESETS_READY
ERROR: The macro DI_JOB_SO_UNIT will stop executing.

The error occurs when all of the following conditions are true for a profiling project:
- resume=1
- run_project_mode=0
- project status=2
- job status=6
