Problem Note 42588: Opening a large information map in SAS® Enterprise Guide® might display empty prompts

In SAS Enterprise Guide, when you open an information map that uses a large data source, prompts associated with the information map might display with no values. Typically, this problem occurs if it takes more than 90 seconds to open the prompt window because the prompt control times out before all the dynamic values can be retrieved.
As a circumvention, you can create a smaller table that contains the values used for the dynamic prompt so that the values can be retrieved in less than 90 seconds.
