Problem Note 42534: The SAS® Customer Intelligence common data model might not be updated with SAS® Digital Marketing response data
The CI_RESPONSE_HISTORY table in the SAS Customer Intelligence Common Data Model might not be updated with SAS® Digital Marketing response data. This problem occurs when you use JBoss as the Web application server and the system encounters broadcasts that use a non-Latin character set, such as German.
Even when the JBoss server is set to the UTF-8 encoding in the JBoss Server.xml file, the SAS Digital Marketing wrapper.log file returns the following error:
fatal.error: Invalid byte 1 of 1-byte UTF-8 sequence
There is no workaround for this problem.
