Problem Note 42487: A SAS® Fair Banking record in the Community Development System might revert back to a previous status

The status of a SAS Fair Banking record in the Community Development System (CDS) might reverse. For example, it can revert from New Review status to Qualification Complete status, which is not allowed by the CDS_PROCESS_ACTION table. In some cases, an error message will appear.
When you click Save and Exit during the edit of a CDS record, the Save action takes time to complete. If you click any button before the Save action completes, the status of that record might reverse, which is not allowed by the specifications in the CDS_PROCESS_ACTION table.
