Problem Note 42452: LP presolver in PROC OPTMODEL incorrectly declares the problem infeasible

The presolver in the LP solver of the OPTMODEL procedure might incorrectly declare the problem to be infeasible. In this case, the IIS option in the LP solver correctly reports the problem as feasible.
