Problem Note 42294: Error mapping drive in model analysis or forecast analysis

When you enter the Model Analysis or Forecast Analysis portions of the SAS® High Performance Markdown Optimization Configuration Workbench you might receive an error message similar to the following:
Windows - No Disk Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 7c7df5f8 9ca8bcf8 7c7df58 7c7df5f8
The Configuration Workbench automatically maps the model analysis project and holdout forecast results file space from the High Performance Markdown Optimization Server to the client machine where the Configuration Workbench is running. This error occurs when the workbench is unable to determine correctly if the drives are already mapped with the correct permissions.
The work around for this issue is to use the Windows Explorer to unmap both the Model Analysis and Forecast Analysis drives and then restart the Configuration Workbench.
