Problem Note 42284: The EXPORT Wizard may fail with: [Fatal Error] :154:345: An invalid XML character

The EXPORT Wizard may fail with the following error message if the search string created by the EXPORT is equal to any multiple of 256 +1 characters.
[Fatal Error] :154:345: An invalid XML character (Unicode: 0x12) was found in the value of attribute "Search" and element is "Job".
This error may be seen in the EXPORT Wizard or any application that uses the EXPORT process such as the SAS® Migration Utility.
