When using the Export button
to export a SAS Web Report Studio report, the ZIP file might contain 0 bytes. This problem is most likely to happen when you double-click Export button.
The log might contain an error that is similar to the following:

Apply the hot fix available from the Hot Fix tab in this note to correct this issue when using Internet Explorer and most Mozilla Firefox versions.
As a workaround, single click the Export button when exporting.
